I love to cook.
In the 18 or more years of Night Kitchen, Aaron has gotten the chance to cook so in so many situations and places and for so many different people. From farms to rooftops to galleries to parks to cramped apartment kitchenettes, he’s cooked in them all.
A long time self-taught and eventually French Culinary Institute trained cook, Aaron considers cooking to be a life long adventure of learning and discovery. He hopes to continue to explore new and old culinary ideas in the years to come.
He is a proud husband to Sophie and father to two awesome daughters.
Weddings are the joining together of two people, two families, often two cultures and can be among the most important and treasured memories in a person’s life. Weddings are also amazing feasts, dance parties and celebrations. We love that it is our job to be a part of these awesome days.
To ensure that the planning is as fun as the day itself, we work along side you to create a stress-free process. We can take care of planning the menu, providing service and arranging rentals.
There is a huge laundry list of things to do on the wedding day, so, we decided to offer day-of wedding coordination to take care of that and make sure all the elements of the event come together harmoniously. Concretely, we can, among other things: oversee vendor set-up, receive deliveries, cue ceremony, manage flow, be a liaison, as well as assist with event layout and décor set-up.
We will also most importantly, absorb any of your last minute worries and stress so you can simply have fun.
