The Client Relationship manager, not only made numerous rude comments in the planning stage (including threatening to make the event NOT go smoothly for not indulging his personal non wedding related preferences), to communicating in a very bizarre tone (every single e-mail was in all caps), our other vendors said he was very pesky and inconvenient to work with, he asked for my makeup artist to bring a certificate of insurance liability because she would be using electricity at the venue (a curling iron)…
Day of, the bridal attendant was just the worst, she placed the guestbook in the women’s bathroom, tried to put the gift box for envelopes in the lobby, didn’t bring us all of the food options at dinner.
In sum, the Hamlet is good venue but needs better trained/more professional staff.
