If you are a relatively new business looking for a minimum level of exposure, we recommend signing up for the free listing. If you're looking to grow your business and and have the capacity to absorb more clients, then we recommend the Monthly (Featured) option.
Yes! Monthly subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel your plan, or downgrade to a free plan.
Absolutely! We're big believers in trying things out first. You have the option to upgrade your membership in the future by going to your listing page and selecting 'Switch Plan'.
Featured subscriptions let you get more exposure to Brown Bride's users. Paid subscriptions (Monthly) appear first in their respective Category search results (and studies show that users are more likely to pick those at the top of the bunch), get prime home page exposure, and are able to showcase more of their work with the gallery feature (unlimited images).
In most cases, payments for Brown Bride subscriptions are non refundable. You can downgrade to the Free plan immediately by going to your Dashboard.

Our Vendor Operations team frequently adds vendors to our directory who have been previously recommended by a wedding couple. We encourage vendors to manage their own listing in order to enjoy features such as advanced analytics, ability to respond to new customer inquiries and much more.
To claim and manage your listing, navigate to your listing page and click on the “Claim Listing” button. You will then be prompted to create an account and choose a package - Free or Monthly (Featured). Choose the option that best suits your needs.
Once you have submitted your claim, a member of our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours regarding the status of your claim.
Monthly (paid) vendors are guaranteed to get at least once a month on Brown Bride Instagram Stories. This may include reposting content from your feed to our Instagram Story with a link to your Instagram handle and a relevant caption. Unique, original content created by our team may incur additional charges.
If you’d like to get featured on our Instagram Feed, or a blog post, it will require an additional cost. We are happy to accommodate all reasonable requests, please contact us for more information!
Note - Vendors must have a public account to be featured on Brown Bride social media.

If someone is interested in your services, they will be able to message you directly on the platform. You will receive an email alerting you to the new message. Please login to your listing to respond to messages and referrals.
